I have personally worked in the service industry for over nineteen years, including twelve years of owning and operating my own business. It is my firm belief that exceptional service is the most important element of a successful business.

I closely manage all work performed by our company, and I personally handle all communication between FCS and our clients.

All employees of FaciliCare Savannah are screened by background checks and managed closely by the owner and operator of the company. We have a thorough training program that stresses the importance of:
- Delivering detailed, thorough cleaning service to our customers' facilities every day or night;
- Proper use of equipment and products;
- Respect for the safety, security, and privacy of our customers' facilities;
- Safety and Risk Management (per OSHA guidelines);
- Professionalism and courtesy

COMMUNICATION
In addition, we will provide feedback forms to be used as communication on how we are performing. You may tell us what you like, what we could improve upon, or any changes you would like to make in our service. Most importantly, the owner of the company is always accessible by phone or email, and is directly overseeing and/or monitoring all work that is performed.
