Lighting Maintenance
When we asked office managers about the little things that make their job more difficult, one recurring answer was monitoring and changing light bulbs. So we did our homework and came up with a solution: For our cleaning services clients, we can monitor your lighting at no additional cost, and change out bulbs and ballasts as needed at a very competitive price. (Ballast replacement is handled by our trained lighting technicians.)
We can stock your specific bulb type(s) and the material cost for replacements will be included in your monthly statement. Or if you prefer, we can use replacement bulbs that you keep in stock.
